How do I get my MyChoice Professional virtual card details?

Once an insurance broker/fund manager invites you for a MyChoice Professional virtual card, an email shall be sent to you. The email would have the instructions to activate your virtual card. Follow the instructions to set login credentials to activate your card and manage your virtual card online. Once you have activated your virtual card, you will be able to view your virtual card details.

How do I add money to my MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card?

You may receive funds from insurance brokers/insurance agents/fund managers who are associated with MyChoice Professional Program. In order to receive funds to your card you will need to share your MyChoice ID and Email Address with the sender. You can find your MyChoice ID and Email Address on your account dashboard. Once your account has been verified and upgraded, you can also add funds to your card from your bank account.

How do I check my account balance and account related information?

  • Add money from bank (only for verified users)
  • Pay other MyChoice Professional cardholders (only for verified users)

You can also download MyChoice Professional mobile application to view your account balance, transaction history and other details.

How do I access the funds or use the money on my MyChoice Professional virtual card?

You can use the balance on your virtual card for making online payments/purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted.  You can also request for a personalized plastic card after your account has been verified and upgraded. Can I use my MyChoice Professional virtual card to withdraw cash at ATMs?

No, you cannot use your virtual card to withdraw cash at ATMs. In order to withdraw cash, you will need a personalized plastic card. You can request for a personalized card once your account has been verified and upgraded. How do I send money to other MyChoice Professional users?

In order to send money to other MyChoice Professional users, your account has to be verified and upgraded. Once your account is upgraded you can send money to other MyChoice Professional users if you have their MyChoice ID and Email Address. You can send money to other MyChoice Professional users by logging in to your account at https://card.mychoiceprofessional.com

Can I send money from my MyChoice Professional Card to my bank account?

Yes, you can send money to your bank account, once your MyChoice Professional account is verified and upgraded. See answer to the question ‘How do I upgrade my MyChoice Professional account?’

How do I upgrade my MyChoice Professional account?

You can upgrade your MyChoice Professional account to enjoy enhanced limits. If you have not yet upgraded your account, you can do so by clicking the Upgrade Account link on your account dashboard and submit a copy of your government issued identity document and copy of address proof (utility bill). The documents shall be verified before a decision to upgrade your account is made. Once your account is upgraded, an email shall be sent to your registered email address. Now, you can also order a personalized MyChoice Professional MasterCard Prepaid Card. Once your order is received, we shall send you a personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card; it would be an EMV chip and PIN secure card.

How do I get a personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card?

Personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Cards are available only to verified users or users who have upgraded their account. Once your account has been upgraded, you will find a link ‘Request for Plastic’ on the account dashboard. To get a personalized card follow the instructions, confirm your address to which the card should be delivered. Fees may apply, please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for details.

Your MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card is a secure EMV chip and PIN card. With an EMV chip and PIN card, your each transaction is authorized by and authenticated by a PIN known only to you. To know your PIN see answer to question ‘How do I get my PIN number?’.

How long does it take to receive my personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card?

Your personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card should reach you approximately 7 to 10 business days after you request for one. In case you have opted for expedited delivery, then you can expect to receive your personalized card delivered to you in 5-7 business days*. Fees may apply, please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for details.

What do I do when I receive my personalized card?

When your card arrives, simply activate it. Follow the printed activation instructions that arrive with your card. You can log in to your online account at https://card.mychoiceprofessional.com, you will be prompted to enter your card number to activate your account. You may also activate your card by calling on the number provided on the back of the card.

What do I do if am unable to activate my card?

What happens to my virtual card after I activate my personalized card?

Your virtual card will be closed as soon as you activate your personalized card.

What happens to the balance on my virtual card after I activate my personalized card?

The balance will be available on your personalized plastic card.

How do I get my PIN number?

Please call the IVR number mentioned on backside of your card and follow the instructions to retrieve your PIN.

Alternatively, you can also view your PIN by logging in to your account at https://card.mychoiceprofessional.com

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

You should call the number at the back of the card and report your card lost / stolen to restrict unauthorized usage. You may also log in to your online account at https://card.mychoiceprofessional.com and suspend your card.
Subsequently, you may write to us at [email protected] to reissue a new card.

What do I do if I do not receive the card within 7-10 working days?

How can I access the funds on my personalized MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card?

MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card, gives you anytime, anywhere access to your funds. You may use the card for making purchases at stores, over the phone and online where Debit Mastercard is accepted. You may also withdraw cash at ATMs worldwide. You can also send funds to your bank account by by logging in to your account at https://card.mychoiceprofessional.com

What are the restrictions to use my MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card? What is the maximum amount I can spend on my card?

As an unverified user, you only have restricted access to your card, until. Your account is verified and upgraded. To view your card usage limits refer to the Limits Schedule in the Cardholder Agreement.

What are the fees that would apply for using my MyChoice Professional Mastercard Prepaid Card?
